The intervention aims at the building renovation of the Villa, the existing barn and the construction of an outdoor swimming pool, in the Campo al Sole estate, in Badia a Passignano, in the Municipality of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa south of Florence.
The original structure of the Villa is in masonry with wooden floors and the intervention carried out is conservative, preserving the historical and landscape peculiarities of the building, both as regards the rehabilitation and restoration of the buildings, and for the construction of the new swimming pool that harmonizes in the hilly context.
The planivolumetric development is the classic one of the Tuscan farmhouse, rectangular in shape, two floors above ground with a small tower.

Outside, along the long sides, the loggia and the farmyard develop, on the ground floor is the living area, while going up to the first floor we find the sleeping area which leads to the turret where a study has been obtained with a view of the hills.

Even the structure of the barn is in masonry and wooden floors and even here the same approach was followed for the intervention.
